Mandoforms, which sells a tool for the easy creation of online forms, has set up a repository of official forms for use by local government offices.
Director Barrie Thornburn said some of the forms had been created by Mandoforms itself and others by local authorities.
'It saves people having to reinvent the wheel. A lot of the forms, such as ones for housing benefit, are much the same all over the country. Now they can be downloaded and adapted for local use if necessary.'
Mandoforms 4.0, the latest version of the company's main product, has just been released. It aims to enable non-coders to produce online forms capable of data capture.
New features include easier deployment of forms, better XML support and more control of look and feel. www.mandoforms.com
