After seeing partner numbers top the 30 mark, hosted voice over IP (VoIP) specialist Inclarity is offering its burgeoning reseller base new tools to help drum up business.

Having restructured its Channel Partnership Programme in May of last year, the vendor has made a number of moves to strengthen its partner offerings. Since December's appointment of Steve Day as channel director, the size of Inclarity's channel support team has doubled. Gill Earle was also recruited as channel manager for the south of the UK in March.

Inclarity has now announced the launch of its Business Partner Portal, an updated library of products and resources which the vendor's 31 partners will have access to. Also launched is a Proposal Tool which aims to allow resellers' salespeople to create customisable pre-priced proposals for customers.

The vendor is also offering partners its Campaign-in-a-Box sales initiative for its voice continuity products. The scheme, which aims to offer resellers the chance to tailor a campaign suitable for them, provides a datasheet and a presentation. Also included is an online communication with links to landing page where potential customers can take a survey to assess their readiness for disastrous scenarios.

Networking VAR Bailey Teswaine is a recent recruit to Inclarity's channel programme and partner relationship manger Lee Shaw said: "Since joining the programme in April, we have already seen tangible business benefits. Inclarity has provided us with excellent support options, cross-selling opportunities and a sustainable revenue stream which benefits both our own and our customers’ businesses."

Inclarity channel director Steve Day added: We have invested heavily in developing a strong channel programme. It is vital that we support our resellers in a structured way and we have listened to them and tailored the programme to meet their needs every step of the way. The channel is key to Inclarity’s growth and we are committed to offering them the best possible tools to sell hosted VoIP to their customers.”
