According to Lacie, the design of this 250GB USB2 external hard drive is meant to remind you of your childhood – a certain four-lettered Danish toy company springs to mind.
Should you want to build an expensive model village, multiple drives (including the Mobile Brick versions) can be stacked on top of each other.
The Brick also comes in 160GB (£99), 300GB (£149) and 500GB (£309) sizes – coloured white, blue and red respectively.
All are 7,200rpm models, while the 160GB and 250GB versions are both fanless. Also included in the package is Lacie’s 1-Click Backup for easy archiving.
If your desktop needs livening up, and you happen to be after some external data storage, the Brick may well appeal.
