Taskline is an add-on for Microsoft Outlook that enhances the Task List function (Outlook lets you create tasks, but doesn't let you schedule them).
By installing Taskline you will be able to manage your tasks much more easily. The program can automatically schedule your tasks, taking any appointments you may have into account.
Alternatively, you can manually enter start and end dates. Rescheduling of tasks is also much easier, should your priorities or commitments change.
Taskline is integrated into the actual Task section of Outlook and cannot be run on its own. Its task form looks familiar, albeit with extra fields, allowing you to begin using it almost immediately.
Tasks can be placed into Outlook's calendar for better time management, and they will be automatically updated to reflect any changes to deadlines.
New features in Version 2 include support for recurring tasks and the ability to ignore specific tasks. Tasks can also now be viewed in different colours, for at-a-glance checking.
New features in version 2.1 include the ability to assign tasks to a project, and specify a time allowance before and after an appointment to allow for travelling etc.
